What differentiates Sassafras AllSight from other similar products?

Sassafras AllSight has everything we need to supplement our device/software management through SCCM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lab maps and decentralized management capability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certain aspects are not all that intuitive, especially within KeyConfigure, but I know that the company knows this and they are working on creating more intuitive functionality within their KeyReporter product (which helps a lot with segmenting out management roles to the various support tiers).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get some training and remember that the product is rich with features so it won't be an overnight learning process or even implementation in daily procedures. Support is AMAZiNG! Just email them with your questions and if something feels difficult to explain or ask about over text, they'll schedule an information-rich meeting that will answer your questions and give you more to explore (take notes). I personally prefer getting more from my support experience than the bare minimum and I receive that every time with Sassafras AllSight support.

What differentiates Sassafras AllSight from other similar products?

Mapping tool with enabling of remote access to devices out of the box. Was invaluable as a remote teaching tool during critical times when the Campus was closed. AllSight ability to distinguish between Physical and Remote connections was great where vendors would prevent access to their software remotely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to get started and you can customize it to your heart's content. Support are very approachable and will actively take on board any product improvements that are suggested Annual MOT of your installation is very useful as it can throw up some interesting finds

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asset discovery is the main missing piece that I found disappointing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If in the Education field then this should definitely be one to consider. Improving the product all the time while listening to their customer base
