What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
SAP SuccessFactors has a good UI which I mostly would like to highlight. The previous product which we were using had too many unnecessary features which we never really used. However SAP SuccessFactors has got all the required ones which are truly a value for the price paid.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite aspects I would like to highlight is the integration with other software. Mainly the payroll manager, Tax manager and also attendance manager. It's smooth and easy to learn.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much to add here but I think pricing factor maybe a thing which I would say is a drawback. Else everything is good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would truly recommend this product to large enterprises and institutions who are looking for a reliable ecosystem to work and a easy software to learn

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
SAP provides a client centric and business centric software products. It understands the challenges business face and their products are based at best to resolve the day the day productivity challenges and IT issues. The user interface is very friendly, with the support of right implementation partner the overall implementation is smooth . You can see the changes in your organisation utility and productivity from day one. From fast and transparent system to also a place which provides you insights using AI and analytics . The range of features are very waste and it keeps updating every quarter

Ease of use Client centric Easy to implement and support SAP support team available for any issues Enhancement capabilities Features which match the changes in latest IT landscape
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very less options to do manual enhancement If business process of the client are old it takes a lot of time to implement. Cost can be a challenge for some customers
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be ready to give away some of your legacy process and adapt to new which wil support the HR digital transformation of your organisation For best use case consider a proper and through requirement gathering sessions before implementing it . Consider hidden cost and consultant charges Have a support team and plan ready before go live
