The baseline SAP SuccessFactors product caters to the primary requirements of large enterprises. It provides a unified platform to manage employee and organizational data efficiently. The system is user-friendly and convenient to navigate. It serves as a valuable tool for career development and performance management. Simplifies tasks related to learning, profile management, and goal setting for performance assessments. Enhances the overall performance management and employee-focused platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP SuccessFactors offers multiple solutions and modules for comprehensive HR management. You can select a license tailored to your specific needs, such as Employee Central and payroll processing. The platform facilitates employee self-service and management self-service. Its mobile app provides convenient access on the go and boasts a user-friendly interface. Secure storage of employee files and data is a valuable feature. Recruiters can easily access the organizational chart for data retrieval.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to its nature as a public cloud service, making extensive customizations tailored to a specific company's requirements is not feasible. Some elements, like profile information, necessitate additional customization, including adding more skills, certifications, and educational details, which are currently not very detailed at the employee level. Employee data, including salary information, is relatively high-level and could benefit from more detailed expansion.

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

Ease of access and versatile application integration. I could easily track my team members' performance, provide them feedback and integrate everything with PowerBI/Tableau for visualization and report generation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Faster reflex in terms of tracking the activity with SAP's integrated products is the most favourite aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the app takes too much time to reflect the data updated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should defenitely consider purchasing this software if you are going to manage multiple level teams in your organization. Real life saver
