What differentiates SAP S/4HANA Cloud from other similar products?
I know I can again count on customer service to guide me. Step by Step. I try not to overload them, because myself, with experience in customer service, I understand the work they do and they do it very well.The main advantage is that it filters and displays emails only from the contacts listed in the CRM (no need to browse through internal/vendor communication, while searching for any email)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
a second email or whatever you have automated your workflow with. The opt-out option for mail recipients automatically makes that customer unqualified and they will no longer be mistakenly bothered. Finally I would like to say that I only use about 10% of the potential of sap and get the desired results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
El servicio de atención al cliente y el soporte de cuentas son terribles: las consultas de soporte de tickets y correo electrónico nunca se resuelven. Terriblemente lento, contactado por 4-5 representantes diferentes, cada uno de los cuales no está familiarizado con el problema.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
it's much better than other systems, which means my salespeople are more likely to use the CRM, which is a common problem with salespeople and CRM systems. Comprehensive CRM tool that integrates with your email inbox.

What differentiates SAP S/4HANA Cloud from other similar products?
SAP S/4 HANA is an efficient ERP suite when it comes to easy integration of multiple ERPs to enable dynamic integration between multiple interfaces. This makes it a better option compared to competitors to develop an easy integration between phases to connect data along multiple databases. This makes it easy for data sharing among different verticals. Other products lack this ability though they are efficient in providing service they fail to efficiently integrate multiple ERP over a single platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The database backup engine is a fantastic feature that helps better backup in an extraordinarily little amount of time. It is easy to custom code for cloud practices providing best performance and reliability of operations. Easy technical management of ERP and centralized system for data integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial implementation requires vendor services and specialists who are required to integrate the services of SAP S/4 HANA with other ERP systems. The vendor service requires additional financial support in budget to help build the system. The product requires frequent support services from SAP technical team that create overhead charges for the organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is highly recommended to buyers who would like to leverage on the integration efficiency of this product. The product is focused on bringing multiple ERPs together to build a single accessible platform.
