What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?
SAP is focusing on mission critical applications and a user interface that is user-friendly. They provide a complete product line, allowing a business to take advantage of integration for all facets of their backend office. Based on real user demands, improvements are now being made very quickly. In addition to its cloud products, SAP also provides SAP CRM, a reputable on-premises deployment option, to customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
View graphical budget summaries for various geographic areas, examine historical data, and go into particular budgets to make modifications. creating excellent micro and macro reports for all clients Includes visual elements including a dashboard that shows real-time budgets and costs and a shared calendar for campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The capacity for simple language learning. Although it is user-friendly, learning can be extremely difficult. The process is not very organized and effective, and putting policies into place requires a lot of work, money, and time. But occasionally, bugs appear. It's not always the case that the information is updated once we make changes and click save.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is no free trial plan for new users.

What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?
To be honest, We are all aware of how excellent SAP is and how well it has performed. It is well integrated with other software we use day to day basis.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Well, I mostly use it for digital selling, and I've made sure that my sales team makes the most of this incredible tool. It is wonderful to use, easy to use, and provides a terrific user experience. Everyone on the team has gained experience using it and carrying out expansion strategies for both B2B and retail. As SAP stands on its own brand identity, I'd say everything is on par with SAP.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Export button's form is inconsistent under Survey on the Results tab. This button will be improved in a later version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When you have a competent staff, the sales team, managers, and analysts can manage their analytics and business.
