What differentiates SAP Analytics Cloud from other similar products?
In order to expand on future plans or enhance customer experience, we are utilizing data to predict consumer views toward items. We are also able to report to management more effectively because of this. In order to save time while making certain judgments, these reports are created by altering data. Having the choice to use built-in algorithms or extend using R is a huge deal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform comes with a strong support system that includes detailed documentation, instructions, and a customer service team that is quick to respond. Help is always at the ready since users may have their questions answered through many methods. As a result of its extensive feature set, SAP Analytics Cloud continues to be an effective and flexible solution for many different types of analytics. Users are able to explore and evaluate data readily on a daily basis because to its user-friendly design, which encourages regular use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though SAP Analytics Cloud has a lot of great capabilities, consumers could have a hard time with the installation. Those without much technological knowledge may find the platform setup to be a tedious and time-consuming process. It could be difficult to integrate databases or systems that aren't compatible with one another.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is incredibly useful for studying any data, analyzing data, and producing excellent reports, according to my experience. The cost is on the pricier side, but large-scale organizations can afford it. When dealing with large amounts of data, the problem is that it is sluggish. Until this is fixed, you should think about volume.
