How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Great follow-up tool in sales process

What differentiates SalesHood from other similar products?
SalesHood centralizes all the resources we need for customer follow-up in our sales process. It provides flexibility to upload documents from the library we have created (sales collateral, etc) along with documents/files/images from my personal PC. I have used SalesHood to support my customers during their buying journey to provide the most relevant resources they need to make their purchasing decisions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to provide follow-up resources to my customers in an organized, easy-to-use digital space. I also like the ability to track when my customers have accessed the files I have provided for them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system stalls out occasionally when uploading files from my pc. I sometimes have to reload files if they don't take the first time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you test and review your Client sites before (and after) you send the Client site links to your customers.

My experience with SalesHood has been great and it makes lots of sense when it comes to sales enablement. It also comes with sales coaching capabilities
