What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
It has all components that comprises of a best CRM. It has it's own knowledge space called trailblazer that provides knowledge in the required fields.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a very reliable CRM in the Marketplace. It provides certifications in every aspect of their field like salesforce administration , salesforce developer etc
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that can be disliked as it's the most renewed CRM in the Market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Best CRM, Easy to learn and implement, Enough study material and certifications and excellent customer support.

What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
If you are already using Salesforce, then Salesforce Essential is a great value addition tool for your business. It optimizes the capabilities of Salesforce and provides more analytics on the accounts managed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can select a lot of filters which were not available in Salesforce. Also it needed very little training for is to het used to Salesforce Essentials.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The functionality is not he best for Small businesses without thousands of accounts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For existing Salesforce users, it costs little to get the functionality of Salesforce Essentials.
