Salesforce works perfectly in the cloud

What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
We had problems finding a CRM that integrates well to API platforms in order to get more potential to work, but luckily salesforce provides us this. We are quite satisfied with the implementation of salesforce in our sales management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We really like the salesforce price of $ 25 monthly. This CRM is ideal to manage not only our customers, but also our sales. We like to be able to manage quotas, territories, and that you have such an excellent chat tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We do not like that it takes so long to manage manufacturing processes. Importing documents is somewhat complicated, so we usually waste a little time doing this. It is not optimized for mobile devices.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is an excellent tool for CRM and other applications that link companies to process orders and submissions. I had a problem with my version because too many tiles were added. I'm sure this helps with the overall sales presentation for those who sign on the dotted line, but not so much for those who use it.

It provides customer support in 360 views also it has a lot of features and functionality to manage your customer data in one place

It is cloud-based software so we can access it from anytime anywhere that's the good part.
