What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
It brings Sales, Service and Marketing all together to get you to new and unique experience with the clients and that differentiates it from other products who just provide all these platforms as per need and with additional costs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All in one platform for your customers being a beginner is smart step for any company and thats my favourite aspect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being a giant product, I think few more AI related products also can be included in the suite but are not added at the moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It gives 360-degree view of your customers so go for it.

What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
I have used various CRM but Salesforce is more easy to use and navigation within the platform is good without any lags.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead Management is the best feature that I liked about this product during my Tenure at Whitehat JR.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well they can definitely improve the UI thats it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Well fi you're a business that focuses on lead management that goes through different pipeline during the sales lifecycle must use it.
