My favorite part is it's AI engagement which enables a lot of convivence

I would prefer it to have a bit low costing

I would recommend to take trainings from the salesforce official site and understand the software better before starting .

What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization from other similar products?

Very quick to get used to, so integration was fast. Everything is clearly laid out in the UI and there are a lot of nice little features for tracking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the nice features for tracking and updating client portfolios.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could offer more connectivity to the other hubs, but overall nothing major.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would use this or hubspot, both have different pluses or minuses,
