What differentiates Salesforce Lightning Flow from other similar products?
It's very customizable, and I love on the sales side how it can sync with many sales tools (we use things like Chorus, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using this as a reliable source of truth for sales in the company and dashboard functionality
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have had a bug on our "accounts" page for months and it has not gone away. Not an issue to work around, just annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your research! If you plan to grow your company, SFDC is a great investment to not have to change CRMs later.

Razor sharp and Super intuitive!

What differentiates Salesforce Lightning Flow from other similar products?
Lightning Flow is very intuitive and easy to use. An alternative to code for Admins who wants to get done things with config. With so much technical support and training material available this is the best I have so far used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At my current place we have very few dev resources and as admin this helps me solve complicated business requirements through config instead of coding. Very helpful tool for admins and thumbs up for it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some limitations which is getting solved with each release. We had issues around using picklist values within flow initially and even now we have it. Hope they get it taken care soon.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Super useful for startups with few dev resources and a powerful must have for all salesforce Admins.

Better alternative to workflow rules and process builders. Can obtain more functionalities at once configuring flow
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Conflict resolution and debugging is easy through flow. Exact pain point can be identified when you debug
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can extend its scope to more possibilities. Can work more on formula fields
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly recommend to configure flow when many functionalities needs to be achieved simultaneously
