What differentiates Salesforce Lightning Flow from other similar products?

With this platform it is very easy to understand everything, that is the real difference, when coding or choosing designs, this software shows you exactly what you need and also advises you very well

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects are the easy coding, that is, when starting the program after its installation, I can determine what I want and start developing what I am looking for in my team at the opentext company, according to this we go generating a simulation and the program performs a very wide view of what will be what we will finally obtain. This does not help a lot to decide if it is what we need, we can show it to hierarchical superiors and give us a more detailed idea. all this is possible with salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I disagree with other users, I think they have the worst customer services I've ever seen. First of all, the libraries are not all on their website to be able to learn all the resources that the application can provide us, the other detail is that it is necessary to speak with a sales agent or a technical support professional, this is difficult to obtain In fact, the wait is too long, I cannot attribute it to the fact that they have too many users or not enough staff in this sense, but it is not what I expected in that sense of the delay in my response management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you consider and try it, they have a Trial that gives you an idea of how it will look like working in your company, the call is always to try to work with the programs.
