Its easy to understandable with developing and testing 2.There are number of features like different console like developer console in which we write sql query and fetch result 3.App launcher helping to search any records 4.We can use n number of sandbox server 5.Customer Support is really helpful 6.I have use salesforce from past 3 hours and its frequency of use 7.Drag-and-drop functionality for creating custom pages and apps without coding. 8.Built-in AI capabilities like predictive analytics, insights, and automation for smarter decision-making. 9.Suitable for businesses of all sizes, from startups to enterprises

What do you dislike most about this product?
1.Optimized for modern browsers; older browsers may face issues or degraded performance. 2.Heavy reliance on Salesforce tools can create vendor lock-in, limiting flexibility with other platforms. 3.Advanced features and customizations can add up in cost, particularly for small businesses. 4.Advanced customizations often require knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components.

Biggest drawback: While the visual builder is powerful, debugging can be a nightmare. If something doesn’t work as expected, tracing the issue in a complex flow requires a lot of trial and error
