What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?

Pardot’s automation features are great and obviously it’s connection to Salesforce is perfect, but it really lacks in other digital marketing needs, especially with regards landing page and email design interfaces.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The direct integration with Salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pardot really lacks with regards landing page and email design interfaces.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Obviously you’re not going to buy Pardot without having Salesforce, which is fine, they work great together. But still, HubSpot is still miles ahead.

Form handler and salesforce integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dated UI and inefficient reporting section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't go for i, if you have requirement of good reporting that shows your campaign requirement. You can go for it, if you have simple requirement of email campaigns only and salesforce integration.

What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?

It's really all we've ever known. We haven't been let down yet due to a technical issue or outage. Salesforce is super reliable and has kept a dizzying amount of clients and prospect's plates spinning while helping the internal teams accomplish their goals. Being able to set reminders and schedule emails/ task items helps significantly with productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once you learn the system and become fluent, it becomes second nature. While I don't think they are constantly adding new features, I also feel that they don't need to. It simply works and doesn't let you down. That's most important anyways.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training can take some time, but once you've got somebody confident and competent training, others seem to pick up up fairly quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

100% give it a go. They're #1 in this segment and have been around for so long for a reason. It works!
