Salesforce marketing cloud is distinguished among other services for being a very authentic platform, the results that this system brings to the people that use it in their business are impressive, the innovation that this service provides for marketing is not achieved in any other software of the competition, in the time that we have been using this platform in our organization it has given us a completely unique experience because its operation never presents complications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce is the best platform for acquiring in any business, as it allows you to create unique experiences at all customer touch points with highly efficient marketing tools. This service allows its users to know their customers through unified data, make intelligent customization's through data and Einstein to organize every interaction with the power of AI, perform impact analysis to have a very complete view of all the results of the campaigns. In my personal experience working with this platform I am really impressed in a very positive way how this tool allows to establish connection with potential customers. Your automation system works very efficiently. Overall, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a very productive service with a great deal of reliability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I consider that the Salesforce system has a high learning curve, because this software has many features that allow people to perform many tasks and in general it takes a long time for beginners to get used to using this platform efficiently, its cost is somewhat high to implement in small organizations and this is a major limitation of this software. If I talk about its real operation, the system works very well, sometimes it tends to present small errors but it is nothing serious or worrying for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the Salesforce Marketing Cloud service for deployment in large and mid-sized organizations, I think the price of this service can be expensive for small organizations. In the time I've been using this service it has allowed me to establish unique connections with potential customers in our organization, I personally guarantee that the efficiency you get from this service is of high quality, really salesforce is a very good alternative to choose when implementing a good marketing software for an organization, because it meets many professional standards and the adaptability it offers is really very comfortable.
