The interface could be more intuitive, but with platforms as powerful and customizable as this, compromises sometimes need to be made.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud has a nice user interface. It offers learning resources that make it easier for new users to manage its functions. Provides all the details to identify customer characteristics and serve them in a personalized way with artificial intelligence. It allows to integrate with several tools and the main marketing platforms. It provides a fast and customizable search engine, which comes with many features and is managed through easy-to-use control panels. The tool can be customized to suit your organization's needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it is an excellent platform, it can be very expensive and needs to incorporate customization options to improve the user experience.
