What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?
Compared to the past email marketing technologies we employed, drip campaigns were significantly more beneficial to us. The Salesforce connectivity made it simple for us to create the customer journeys. With all the automation, it is really more effective to construct journey models so that we can consistently provide the same quality for our campaigns. I'm also incredibly happy with how the new templates we created look and feel, as well as how appealing they are on mobile devices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like some of the following features: The sales team can use this because it is simple to use; Salesforce's management of data is excellent; it has many tools that make the process simple and significantly more reliable; I love the database integrations, features that can be customized, and ease of use that let us communicate with visitors quickly and fluently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find it annoying that you can only have one data extension or point of entry (DE). Also, you have to design an automatic system to update the DE because the trip doesn't do it automatically. also every month, a new password change request is made, which seems unnecessary to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is one of the finest among its rivals in the market for creating, deploying, and tracking emails. Get the best CRM on the market to automate all the hard work your sales team performs to mine data and uncover trends, AND put it all to the cloud for a collaborative experience. Additionally, its Einstein function enables us to interact with consumers more effectively.

What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?
A free publishing chat tool is available. The function of the SFA For each visit/meeting, the information for each project is managed in real-time. It can communicate freely. We use unified data to encourage action and commitment and maximize the total marketing effect with AI-powered customization. This is accomplished with unparalleled agility and the help of Salesforce, a powerful technology.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Email Studio is an excellent solution that can scale to millions of customer records. The money spent on an advertising studio was not well spent. It may be worthwhile when purchased with several other marketing cloud tools, but it is a terrible independent offering. There are far more effective approaches to planning ad encounters.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We need to track who clicked on links after the campaign, and we don't have the option to adjust the list extraction. Therefore we're relying on manual labor, which takes time. This is something that should be reconsidered. Array data is not stored in Marketing Cloud. We don't have the option to adjust the extraction of the list.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It improves the effectiveness and concentration of communication. It's an excellent platform for marketers to keep track of their users' data, interests, and more. It is not difficult to use; it has numerous tutorials in the help section where a novice can learn the basics.
