What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud lets us import our contact list for fast and easy email campaigns, and it’s even got list building tools and list segmentation that helped us get started. This service incorporates Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads into its mix, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud has a useful marketing calendar for keeping it all straight

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud really pulls out all the stops when it comes to email marketing. We enjoy the attractive email templates that are responsive and totally customizable. The drag-and-drop editor is even more intuitive than the ones I have been using

What do you dislike most about this product?

We expect incredibly detailed analytics and reporting that includes data that many other marketing firms leave out, like what device is being used and which links are the hottest

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an affordable email marketing tool, especially considering the number of features you get. It makes it easy to create, optimize and send email campaigns, and combines SMS reminders with follow-up reminders for transactions

Create drip email campaigns, individual broadcasts, or use Salesforce Marketing Cloud robust visual automation builder. One particularly great feature is the ability to split test within automations

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud has a range of segmentation features that help to make our email campaigns more personalized, and improve conversion rates. We also make use of the A/B testing features to perfect our strategy

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ability to add email sequences, then pull them into the visual automation builder and do the same with forms too at the same time. With Salesforce Marketing Cloud I have to jump between these options, and I can't open both directly while editing the automations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud offers a deep feature set which is extremely impressive when you consider their low price point. And they have an impressive user interface which makes the service enjoyable to use
