What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?
This is not just beneficial in our marketing and sales departments but, it is a complete package for all marketing needs at our company. We can create and publish content, launch marketing campaigns, there are also helpful insights of analytical reports and a whole email studio, advertising studio alongside customer journey management and personalization of web.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is such a powerful software that can cater the needs of even giant businesses. We are so glad to work with it and easily manage the workload as a whole team. It is our whole solution and we will be able to manage marketing and sales department with this one easily which is the backbone of our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing is way too high. We understand that it is sorting out our much needed issues and we are glad as well but still the pricing is not justified. It cost you a fortune and even if your company can afford it, you can get relevantly better software in less price who have similar attributes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is recommended to companies who wants to sort out a stable solution of marketing and sales for their company. In my opinion pricing is not justified and you can get similar featured-software in way less price plans for your company.

This is a pro in the field of marketing, a whole cloud of marketing that also includes a CRM. Our company has customized this CRM according to our needs. It comes with lots and lots of features and you really need a specialist to work with it. It covers almost all needs of inbound and outbound marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce marketing comes with a journey builder that helps to create and keep a check on the journey of every consumer in the company. It is also equipped with Email Studio that helps in creation of creative yet professional emails that too in no time, you can just drag and drop your email format for masses. Next comes their Mobile Studio which helps with almost all kinds of outbound marketing that includes SMS, notifications, messages and much more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All the benefits we enjoy with Salesforce marketing cloud actually comes at a huge price. My company was using another platform before and it was half the price they are paying now. A company with good revenue surely can afford it but small and mid-sized companies do struggle to grab their hands on something as good as salesforce is.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend it to all companies especially those who are struggling with their marketing or are trying to level up their marketing game. However, you need a good budget for this, if you are willing to do so, then why not have a good thing that actually benefits you.
