What differentiates Salesforce CDP from other similar products?
Now that Salesforce CDP is our all-encompassing solution, we utilize everything and anything. This helps us create real-time contextual audiences, enhance analytics, protect the privacy of user data, and enhance channel engagement and performance. It is also fairly simple to use and comprehend.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The support staff constantly assists us in understanding our findings if we have any queries, and they do it without raising a fuss. A higher consumer rate of exchange was what we were looking for to increase revenue. We launched a marketing campaign on our website's main page with the aid of the converter suite and website push notifications capabilities provided by Salesforce CDP.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Regrettably, Salesforce CDP does not provide any capabilities for bespoke statistics. There may be an issue in the panel that has to be fixed when we introduce a new API. Additionally, we've observed that occasionally push notifications still reach our clients' devices even when DND or silent hours are on.
