What differentiates RUN Powered by ADP from other similar products?

The online platform is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reports are helpful for future budgeting and business planning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sales reps get us enrolled and they pass on any support questions to the less than responsive customer service department. Sales reps also follow-up multiple times trying to sell additional products even though we previously decline these products (please take better notes in your customer management database.)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Proceed. ADP has pros and cons, but is one of the best in their industry.
