What differentiates Robly from other similar products?
Ease of use. Fairly intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of importing contacts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find it difficult to get it to integrate with Facebook. There has been an ongoing issue which isn’t allowing this integration for over two months. I am told Robly’s engineers are working on it. After it being disabled for so long, I asked if engineers were really working on it. Seems like a really long time for a company to have a key feature not working.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go through training videos.

What differentiates Robly from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to create hands-free resends of campaigns to unopened recipients within a certain timeframe.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I discovered a large issue with audience segmentation, it took months for it to be fixed, and I was never notified when it did. I had to follow up personally, which was inconvenient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is great for beginning start-ups to mid-level business ventures outside the direct B2C E-commerce space. For that, I would consider alternatives (personally).
