What do you dislike most about this product?
If there is a sitewide issue with the software, Robly should contact the end users and communicate that there is an issue, they are working on it and an ETA, Instead, what often happens is the end user runs test after test, troubleshoots, etc. and wastes time before contacting customer support to be told there is a sitewide issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a shot! Much better than many competitors.
