What differentiates Robly from other similar products?
Since we have been using this software, we have been able to increase our clientele with the effective email marketing campaigns we have created. This software provides us with tools that allow our customers to be interested in our emails, to respond to our requests and to buy our products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that the emails are created in such a way that they look perfect on any device that is opened, whether on a computer or mobile. It has OpenGen that allows to resend emails automatically, only to those people who did not open the first time it was sent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This software is not so intuitive, so its learning curve can be a little high at first, but after that stage, you can take advantage of all its tools. In some occasions it has put obstacles at the moment of entering a new contact to the database.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very useful tool for mass emailing, perfect for our email marketing campaigns to reach more customers. This software with all its tools, has allowed us to grow as a company and attract more customers and convert purchase intentions into concrete actions.

What differentiates Robly from other similar products?
The software has worked very well with the desired objective, which is to increase sales in the department, as it has allowed us to closely follow up with current customers and has helped us a lot with the search for potential customers. Its statistics and analysis reports are very complete, which has helped us to improve and increase sales.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the fact that I can access the application from my cell phone, as I can be in contact with customers in or out of the office. It is very easy to handle and we can see on the dashboard all the customer information and the progress of negotiations and sales without any problem.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The multiple options and functions that the program has can become confusing and overwhelming, but once you understand what you need to do, it is much easier. If you could have all the options of the web version in the mobile version it would make things much easier for me, although the mobile version is complete, there are functions that it does not have and I have to wait to get to the computer to use them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For all sales agents who want to increase their income, this software is very complete and fulfills its promise to help you increase sales and organize your clients' agendas. And for all companies that need to have more organization in their sales department, with this software you will be able to help your sales agents to reach those potential customers and close their negotiations.

Sending email marketing with great results

What differentiates Robly from other similar products?
Our company uses this great software to publicize all the offers and promotions that we have in the month and since we started using it, without a doubt our sales have increased considerably. The best thing about Robly is that their email marketing formats and templates are really eye-catching, they adapt to mobile devices and are effective in capturing the customer's attention to open the email and click on the links.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All the features of Robly are very good and very useful, but what caught our attention and that's why we continue to use it, is that it allows us to optimize marketing campaigns and to monitor through statistics, the results obtained. For example, we can see who opened the email and accessed the content that was sent, we can see if they did it through a mobile device or a pc. In addition to the above mentioned, we also love that the OpenGen feature allows us to automatically resend another email, only to the contacts who did not open the first email sent. By activating this feature in our campaigns, we have certainly gained many new customers
What do you dislike most about this product?
Robly is not as intuitive as other email marketing software and takes some getting used to, so it takes time to get to know the program. It has some very limited options such as customer service and the fact that they are very strict when entering a new email, as they ask for verification through an alternative service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Robly is undoubtedly the best alternative for creating and sending mass mailings for advertising. We recommend it to all companies that want to make themselves known through e-mails, that want to increase their sales and promote their products; because once you learn the program, you can save a lot of time, effort and the results are more than expected.
