It's simple to make high quality voice call with this tool. Enables ease of instant messaging. It's easy to conduct online video meetings with this tool. Enables ease of sharing my screen with my teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This this tool is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) stable internet connection is needed so that I can stay connected to my teams during calls and meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For ease collaborating and communicating with teams,this tool does well hence worth recommendations.

What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?

RingCentral Office has a desktop and web conferencing capability, which helps in virtual meetings both for formal and informal discussions. Secondly, RingCentral Office has boarder session controls, which allows specific activities to happen at a specific time frame.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

RingCentral Office has a call managing way, which allows audios to be effective and suitable in the company. More so, RingCentral Office has mobility, as it can be accessed even on cloud, through the internet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

RingCentral Office is perfectly doing its business diligently, and it shows significant trust to the clients, and therefore, there is mutual support from the developer and us, the subscribers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Proper communications and coordination brings productivity of every stakeholder. Conflicts are easily solved, ideas are made open and known, among other things. RingCentral Office is a software that creates a free communicati0on path for businesses and persons.

Intuitive features like one-click video meetings and cloud PBX. The system can be set up in just minutes. It allows us to host up to 500 participants.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cloud PBX system ensures no call is missed with the auto-receptionist. The mobile and desktop Apps

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not easy to reach the support through email. However, tickets and phone support are readily available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It provides conference call and telephony services to enterprises.
