What differentiates RingCentral Events from other similar products?

The features and the quick development, there are other platforms but Hopin has an easy way to get the users registered for an event while other platforms I have tried use a manual register using an excel sheet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The networking part, is quite nice and people never expect to find this in an online event, users are often surprised and happy with this feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limitation or not caring too much for customers for some specific issues, I still can't charge users because of the Stripe integration they use, I had a similar issue with another company in the UK and they called Stripe, found out the issue and called me after 2 weeks to tell me it was solved. I use the platform for free events only for now or I need to sell tickets outside of the platform and then invite the users who bought the tickets by sending emails or uploading a list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure your country supports the payment integration.

What differentiates RingCentral Events from other similar products?

I don't know of any similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to multitask is unmatched. it almost feels like a real conference center, only virtual.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the users hosting the event, they seem to have a difficult to setting up things like sharing video and audio. it needs to be easier for people with little experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thoroughly study how to use it and run a test drive before your event,

What differentiates RingCentral Events from other similar products?

The software is more ambitious and focuses much more on recreating a whole exhibition experience which is normally offline online. Unlike Zoom or Meet for example, it not only just provides yet another conference call tool, but an experience of a virtual exhibition show.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its virtual exhibition/virtual fair experience

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Speed Dating is often a let-down, as the time for each speed dating is too short, and after too many speed datings one can feel exhausted also.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should think carefully whether the speed dating part should be absolutely necessary or not.
