What differentiates RingCentral APIs from other similar products?

It is more of a phone number versus a complete Outbound Sales platform. It is good if you don't need to prospect for leads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not very robust and more outbound sales platforms are more ideal for my prospecting and AM role

This is good if you just need a business phone number

Ring central has a unique transcription and AI summarization enabled during calls

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the transcription available and the ease to integrate with my salesforce crm

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing comes to my mind that I dislike, but I would suggest to optimize the application because it crashes sometime when used for longer durations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to implement, great support team, and AI powered dialer. Great for enterprise teams!
