What differentiates Revenue Grid from other similar products?
- Revenue Grid helps us establish a systematic strategy to reach out to our clients. It reaches out to customers through a predefined sequence and provides visibility to other reps working on the same accounts to avoid duplicated work. - We could create different templates to reach out to different customers. Based on the result of different campaigns, we could adjust the strategy, cadence and templates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- Users can access Revenue Grid from inside Salesforce through a managed tab. - Multiple ways to add recipients (csv, Salesforce views, Salesforce records, etc.)
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can only report how many times an email is opened, but not who opens it. Sometimes, an email could be CCed to multiple recipients, and it's hard to track if the targeted recipient has opened it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely worthing trying out and ROI will show its value.
