What differentiates Reputation Social Suite from other similar products?
While the listening capability was a major selling point, we found that Nuvi had difficult distinguishing between positive and negative sentiment when users included "colorful" language to express their excitement about the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The social posting tools were in line with more expensive social management tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sentiment analysis required much more manual work than we hoped it would.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're working with a young audience that tends to use swear words, there's a good chance your reports will come back overwhelmingly negative. Be prepared to do extra work if you want an accurate view of your sentiment.

What differentiates Reputation Social Suite from other similar products?
Nuvi has helped us noticeably improve our organization's social marketing management, especially our customers. It is a very easy-to-use tool, and its user-friendly interface significantly shortens the adoption time for users. Nuvi has a wide variety of templates to generate the reports; it generates quite good reports, with excellent graphics and PDF format, which we liked a lot. The dashboards are user-friendly and easy to read. Nuvi has many useful features for running successful social media campaigns and strategies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use Nuvi for much of our own and our client's social media management. It has benefited us significantly by making social listening simpler and proposing an easier way to get important data for analysis across different social networks. I liked that Nuvi's dashboards are user-friendly for everyone, plus it has the best reporting templates I've seen. Another virtue is using clear words to listen; it makes monitoring social networks and capturing accurate data from them easier and faster. What do you dislike most about this product?
Nuvi is excellent and has a great report generator; however, I wish these reports were more customizable. This is the only thing I liked the least; from everything else, it is excellent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Nuvi is the best social media listening tool I have had the chance to use; its versatility, ease of use and analytical capabilities are on another level. The user integration of this tool is clean and easy to understand; it will not take you long to adapt and could play a determining role in the management of your accounts in different social networks and the execution of better strategies focused on social marketing. Recommended for everyone.

Nuvi is a social insights and customer relationship management system that is powered by a unique phrase algorithm that listens with sector accuracy. Nuvi assists you in listening, planning, publishing, engaging, analyzing, locating, reviewing, and capturing your path to enhanced customer experiences. We operate the IT firm, namely taking orders and fulfilling them, as well as supplying and manufacturing products based on market need. From NUVI, we are adopting a market plan to determine how we will stay competitive if any of your competitors launch any of their goods.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables you to maintain track of the research and behavior of all the information published live on social networking sites, allowing you to react to consumer complaints or requirements that arise in relation to your business. It helps you to keep track of brands and hashtags associated with your business. Real-time administration of social networks is under your control.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I detest what I am unable to obtain from any provider of these facilities: Facebook and Instagram data. As a qualifier to that assertion, I would expect that NUVI is working on an easy means of immediately duplicating a basic search term on any of those systems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great tool for any business since they cooperate on labour force goals. You can take better advertising control since you can maintain track and control of all consumer behaviour regarding your brands on virtual communities, and all the analytics and behaviour you can perform in real-time, ensuring you offer quick replies to our client's requirements. I recommend using Nuvi for your social media management because It is a great platform and provides better service in their price plan.
