What differentiates Reply from other similar products?

One of the greatest features and benefits of Reply over a multitude of other email tools we’ve used: it comes to the INBOX! Not the spam, promotions, or elsewhere. Inbox.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The inbox thing (it passes the algorithms’ security and goes where you want it as a sales person: inbox) is the best and then the whole workflow management is very intuitive and simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing my team and I didn’t like was the thing with links and attachments - it’s not very intuitive. But that’s what helps the information to go to the inbox, so… it’s not really an issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s great for sales team. Marketing - possibly not so much because of fewer customization options.

Amazing customer service and continous improvements plus many webinars. They are reliable and transparent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It automates the process and you have multi touch points over various chanels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the interface does not load properly on my huawey 13 inch laptop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Well, further automation over Linkedin. And improvement of the dialer feature. Plus better scraping of data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A Must-have Tool For Outbound Email Campaigns. The best part in a sequence is that you can not only just add multiple email steps but also add calling, Linkedin Messaging, Manual Messaging and create your very own task/to-do list. I love the way it gives updated info of how many emails have been opened, viewed, links clicked, and bounced. And it's as easy as just a few clicks to make any alterations and changes to any ongoing sequences. And at last the choice of having multiple email campaigns eases the manual work. Reply.io is surely a good tool to go for.
