What differentiates Reply from other similar products?
Reply, io unlike other cold email marketing tools, uses API to send emails and not SMTP, because of this feature, the deliverability rates have gone pretty high
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The seamless UI and flexible self explanatory UX is amazing
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no UI for checking status of Meetings Booked

a UI to check status of Meetings Booked and allow to give tags to conversations to every email or contact record

What differentiates Reply from other similar products?
What really sets Reply apart is how easy it makes managing outreach at scale. Unlike other tools that looks complex, Reply stikes a great balance between automation and control. The user interface is clean, and it can manage multiple sequences and setup process is easy, and the reporting section is good enough to provide enough details very clearly. .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From an admin's perspective, the team management features and the ability to monitor and manage campaigns quickly are so helpful. Special mention to the support team, which is responsive and that makes a big difference when you are working on tight deadlines
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initially i had some issues in learning the setup process of using the advanced features. Things like conditional logic or integrating with CRM's can take a little trial and error. Nothing in major but for new users it can be little bit difficult and slow down things.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation would be to take time to explore all the automation and personalisation features, it is where the tool really delivers value. Also, it would be better to get sequence tags and user roles organized properly, which would help you save lot of time.
