Feature packed, well supported, but pricey.

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
Qualtrics has done a good job of bringing most survey features, functions, styles, etc under one platform. From mobile surveys, sms delivery, website pop-ups to conjoint survey and results simulators, they really do have it all. With so many powerful tools, they provided a very quick responding and personable support resources capabilities whether through email, chat, phone call or video conference. Because they are able to stay in business all these years, they constantly update and improve on the platform in both usability and features. Unfortunately, the cost is much more than the nearest competitor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The do listen to their customers and make improvements to the software. The support staff is not afraid of showing you work arounds to functionality that may not currently exist.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost. Sometimes we do ask ourselves if we really needed to buy the Ferrari of survey tools. But for those instances where a special survey method or combination of features only available in Qualtrics is absolutely needed, you're glad you have the right tools on hand. Happens more than you think if you are doing a lot of research.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Learn as much info as you can from other Qualtrics clients about pricing. It's not something that has fixed cost levels. Licenses/contracts are very custom and negotiation is key to getting you the best deal possible.

I would need more experience with it and its competitors in order to give a solid answer to this question.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The learning curve is rather gentle for a first time survey-builder.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are competitors out there that help you build more aestethically pleasing & immersive experiences for digital surveys .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider the cost/benefits of the product alongside other options like SurveyMonkey and Typeform, etc.
