What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It is an amazing performing programming that has assisted us with working on our CRM and deals processes in my association. It gives us all that we wanted to hold helpful data from our clients and identify with our business interaction to guarantee enhancements in all cases. Everything inside your current circumstance is efficient and it is easy to store and access our client data when the need emerges.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use Pipedrive as a customer relationship manager.This product is used only by certain individuals from our IT crew.Following correspondence between our group and different providers,key figures,elements, and surprisingly others in the association can be undeniably challenging.Pipedrive permits its clients to rapidly take a look at correspondence history,contact data and future meetings or calls. I can call Pipedrive as opposed to calling my partners to check project status.It is quite important that albeit the apparatus is just used by a couple of colleagues,the item can in any cased be handly used all though the organisation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When the client finishes the business cycle, the application steers clear of the client. I wanted a different administration framework for existing clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is extremely instinctive and you can "ace" it without burning through an excess of time. The client relationship the executive's instruments are moderately modest. Pipedrive matches up very well with Google's G-Suite items. The dashboard permits you to "see initially" project progress. The product permits clients to dazzle duplicate a task explicit email address, which will naturally populate the subtleties/connections identified with that particular email into Pipedrive.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

For excellent creation of customers pipeline Pipedrive is the best product I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It streamlines customers infrastructure and addresses all challenges that clients face when ordering goods and services. It has well customizable user interface and very active support team 24/7.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any poor performance from the version we have deployed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive is very productive and powerful customer relationship platform that I totally recommend.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is an affordable CRM platform packed with features for managing sales, making it our best tool in our company. It is so easy to use, and the design is refreshing and simple. It does a great job centralizing all our business aspects, combined with Its advanced capabilities and the extensible and compressible reports it provides have made it so attractive to many businesses. Furthermore, Support is 24/7 and is exceptional in providing excellent training. Not only that, but Its ability to scale has been a perfect fit for our growing sales team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive attractive features like the ability to scale to meet the needs of our growing sales team is a major game change for our business. We have bee able to have organized leads and generate leads with ease. In addition our sales process have improved since our sales team are able to focus on which leads can convert with ease. I also love how customizable the pipeline level are, which fits our sales process. The reporting feature has enabled us to visualize and identify top sale performers as well those that are lagging behind. This has enabled us to come up with smart decision to boost their performance and increase sales productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue i have with Pipedrive is that there should be a way of diving leads and contracts to make it more organized.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have achieved greater ROI since the implementation of Pipedrive in our organization. We no longer follow leads that meets a dead end, but have a good lead generator that has enabled to convert leads into buyers in a short period of time. It has been a great support to our sales team, and we don't see ourselves switching from using this tool. I highly recommend it for use.
