What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

; It is a powerful CRM that takes care of the entire methodological process to save time in a sales agreement. ; It is completely intuitive, focuses on customers with the highest buying potential, developing an individual approach for each customer. ; OneDrive Integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive has helped with the problems of sales management, it is a universal and comprehensive system where you can order the workflow, it also facilitates integration through its API configuration with commercial systems such as MailChimp, which gives us greater benefits, better promotion and more information when interacting with potential customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I could not complain about this software, because as it is updated the functions improve, for example, when there is an excess of import data, that before gave problems when trying to operate them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the best solutions to implement in any type of company, we all need a good order in sales management with objective and specific methods, it is simply worth implementing it.
