What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
It has a long good history of a reliable product, a good reputation on the market. It has a good chunk of features included, what is great, but in the mean time, there are features that now I need to pay, but in other products it was included.

It's difficult to work with the module of Workflow Automations, all the automations are in one place. It was

Solid CRM at a Very Fair Price Point

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Most CRMs are expensive and offer little for integrations. Pipedrive offers a ton of features and is very fair for the price. The value is really impressive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love their contact timeline feature. That is very unique and super helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI/ UX could be better - especially on Mobile and their Gmail app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Test it out for yourself.

There's barely anything that I dislike about this product. It just works.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Prepare a list of use cases that you would want to accomplish with a CRM, and vet each CRM candidate against those use cases with the help of a specialist.
