What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

User friendly, simple month-to-month contract, easy to customize, and a great support community. It also integrates incredibly with Zapier!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zapier integration, which allows us to connect Pipedrive to all of our other service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no shared inbox or customer support offering. In a perfect world, Pipedrive should allow for a way for multiple users to communicate with leads via a centralized sales inbox. Instead, users can only connect to their own mailbox, forcing us to use a third-party app as our shared inbox.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of their trial, and if you still need more time, just ask support for more time.
