What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is the ideal tool for the organization of my small business that has been afloat for several years and this system has been part of my growth and development, since we decided to choose to use this program, the administration of our premises has been considerably accessional, thanks to the ease of use of all its options, what makes it different from other similar platforms is the wide variety of functions it offers, improving my customer reaction and sales, the forms it shows on the web are fantastic, making the experience is very rewarding.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This program is very useful for organizing all the files that appear in the sales with our clients, there are different levels depending on the type of activities that your company needs, this will help you grow little by little hand in hand with Pipedrive, it is very easy to implement and to order the most exponential clients in real time, there are many options that we find pleasant and necessary for our growth, such as the creation of online forms, the management of documents and workflows as well as of successfully applies the marketing of our products in emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For a system that has been on the market for more than 10 years, I may know that it is behind with the updates of its functions, it has many great options, but it also has its limitations, it will not always be pleasant to intertwine it and manage it with emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have been acquiring Pipedrive services for a long time and we have noticed a radical change in our business, we can see how customers feel more comfortable and trust us thanks to the comfort, order and transparency that we offer, the advantages of selling much to this program and we always recommend it to our closest friends and colleagues.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It has all the functions you need to get closer to new customers and ensure that the strategies proposed are achieved and thus close business and increase sales. The integration with the email is perfect to have all the information with the client in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that the whole marketing email automation process is very easy to use and effective. Very intuitive and easy to use software and its interface is very comfortable to navigate. The visualizations of the sales process are perfect for knowing where in the process the sale is stalled so you can improve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reports could be improved, there is not all the information I would like regarding customers. I had a hard time installing the program and integrating some programs like Mailchimp, in that sense if it was a laborious task, but with the advice of technical support I was able to solve it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive so far has been the best software to attract new customers, get results and improve the company's sales. Our marketing team is more than satisfied with the objectives we have been able to meet and the ability to increase our customer base and the quick and effective search for potential customers.

Awesome CRM Platform and Easy to Use!!!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like having the option to call a possibility or be a client straightforwardly from the application, which makes it simple to circle back to your arrangements. This has every one of the standard subtleties that you would anticipate from a CRM. Notwithstanding, what I like the most is the advancement that describes it above others, I truly like it each time an update is reported in light of the fact that I generally utilize this apparatus without limit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Eventually, I have considered changing to one more supplier two or three separate times as my interest developed, and I have returned all of the time. Pipedrive doesn't have a solitary thing that I don't like and they are way in front of the remainder of the opposition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Large numbers of the current CRMs that I have attempted from the beginning of time were so powerful, complete and yet muddled to comprehend that they couldn't be designed. Pipedrive has a restricted point set, which is great. This has made my work a lot more straightforward.
