What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
PipeDrive includes a lot of choices to deliver and accomplishments to establish, and we fancy such constraints since they assist us to preserve consistency in our game. Custom fields create it simple to cover all potential courses of action. The amazing thing regarding Pipedrive is that it permits our entire firm to collaborate on projects. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipedrive is one of the best CRM to use and configure. The mix of a simple interface and a plethora of options is ideal. It appeals to me due to its speed and simplicity, and it is a superb information model sandbox for tweaking and perfecting your model as it evolves. This permits businesses to save cash on high-priced sales force installation and consultants. The support chat is fantastic, and therefore the video instructions are straightforward to follow. The file export tools are exceptional and extremely powerful so we can make the most of deals that close early and the system doesn’t crash.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The add-on options like a chatbot and internet forms need help. They need some glitches. They each don’t work with google analytics which is extremely necessary for anyone running ads. Chatbot won’t save a lead as it’s set up unless it goes entirely through the chat. Therefore, for example, we had a choice to schedule a meeting at the end of the chat however most customers wouldn’t schedule a meeting so the lead/deal wouldn’t save.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re thinking of using Pipedrive, don’t hesitate. If you’re using Gsuite, make sure your email and calendar are connected to Pipedrive. It’s suitable for use in the manufacturing business, the service industry, company, and individual clients, and it integrates well everywhere. There’s no reason not to leave it.

I like Pipedrive’s ability to observe and graphically present the event of leads and possibilities within the company. It permits users to create calls directly from the CRM, centralizing all business activity. When you set up a deal or move a deal forward within the pipeline, you’ll be able to automatize the distribution of custom email templates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I favor however easy this product is; it provides a variety of choices for managing clients, it’s very simple to use, and it keeps our leads organized; it’s playing a big part in automation. Each transaction or account may be readily monitored and handled; for example, if you finish a task on an account, you may be requested for follow-up activities, guaranteeing that essential follow-up tasks don’t seem to be overlooked. You’ll be able to get a general image of everything from one view, which is fantastic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As compared to alternative CRMs, Pipedrive is smaller amount appealing and less user-friendly. Client care and service might be improved. It’d be nice to be able to send multiple email contacts right away using Pipedrive.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Now that we have a centralized system in place, everyone in the company can be apprised of the development of our various deal-making initiatives. We've been able to produce and oversee more business as a result, which has increased our earnings. I needed a CRM that would be simple to implement into my business's workflow. I made sure to keep track of all of my transactions in the pipeline so I could take the necessary steps to advance my prospects through the sales funnel at all times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since everything is recorded and synchronized with my Google Calendar, I never have to worry about forgetting an appointment again thanks to its intuitiveness. Simple to learn and adjust to fit your specific requirements. The reporting also functions well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The supplementary tools like chatbots and online forms require improvement. There are a few issues with them. They both lack support for Google Analytics, a crucial tool for any advertiser. In its current configuration, a chatbot will not save a lead unless the conversation is completed in its entirety.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a result of using PipeDrive, we've been able to deal with a lot more inquiries than previously. Email campaigns may be managed and prospects categorized based on the people who have communicated with them and the topics covered. It's helped elevate our sales efforts to the next level.
