Sales management difficulties have improved by over 70% since you started using Pipedrive internally, thanks to a universal app system that allows you to structure your whole workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive is one of the greatest tools for managing the sales process as well as the follow-up on individual offers. You may process the entire systematic procedure to speed up contracts and sell effectively since this solution is a completely intuitive approach, It has aided in the enhancement of crucial sales processes, the interface also aids in the effective administration of any type of social media productivity. What do you dislike most about this product?

Unable to connect multiple accounts in tool. also unable to track live report

Add features like video instead for notes. lie reports tracking. When many deals it is often visually overwhelming to pull out the most important deals.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive has brought several benefits to my company; on the one hand it has helped us to better manage our customer database, keep leads from becoming obsolete and establish criteria for customer follow-up. On the other hand, it has also helped improve communication between the team and interaction with clients. The best thing about Pipedrive is that it has allowed us to do a lot in favor of sales, marketing and customer success without generating any setbacks, on the contrary, it streamlined all the work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really liked Pipedrive for being an all-in-one tool for sales, email marketing and even customer management and follow-up. It is a program with an intuitive interface, easy to understand and navigate; its cost is good, it is far from being an expensive tool. The management of these becomes simpler as well as the execution of email marketing campaigns; on the other hand, entering and moving leads is another task that becomes easier when using this tool. Pipedrive has come to improve our day-to-day life.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The procedure for downloading leads is a bit cumbersome, it represents perhaps the only setback in Pipedrive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very versatile tool, inexpensive and relatively easy to use for all types of users. It is an excellent product for different use cases since it has functions that go hand in hand with customer success, marketing and sales.
