customization options flexibility screens visibility , catalog in particular personal attention and quick response to any request or issue no bureaucracy

a lot of options for customization we can do ourselves, allows quick response to new requirements from end users specific to our company
What do you dislike most about this product?
support of Hebrew and right to left text is basic back office menu should be more intuitive dashboards currently can not be customized by us, require Pepperi developer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
we use the B2B sales force features, traditional commerce (not Ecommerce). after reviewing several products few years back we found Pepperi solution to fit the most to what we were looking for, considering the end user needs and work flows in the store. once you have your list of requirements request a personalized demo from Pepperi according to that list.

What differentiates Pepperi B2B eCommerce from other similar products?
Local data on iPad, enabling it to run in offline mode if internet is not accessible, then syncing once connected again. Great for rural areas or poor mobile service areas.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customisability and speed
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very detailied in it's capability, therefore does take some time for a new staff member to learn where everything is found in the backend, but normal expectation for something of this calibre.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely reach out to the pepperi team for assistance during setup, but start off simple and add more features as you become comfortable with the setup and admin in the back end.
