What differentiates Pega Sales Automation from other similar products?

Thanks to this fantastic product, I can listen to rock stars at my company and observe how things are going for them. The visual data alerts me when I talk too much, which helps me respond to questions about discovery. To encourage the customer to converse more, I will utilize that information to improve the questions I ask during subsequent encounters.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of using Pega is getting an email from them detailing everything that happened. There are extensive areas where Pega is beneficial, such as looking up previous calls, seeing what questions were asked, and even gauging the call's tone. Pega does a fantastic job of upholding my sincerity and ensuring that I keep my word and carry out every promise I make.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The world seems to be spinning at times, as if everything is happening at once. As a result, choosing how to spend your time on the site may take time and effort. Compared to other automated software systems, it is more sophisticated. For new personnel to fully benefit from Pega Sales Automation, must invest a lot of effort in training them to use it.
