What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?

I appreciate the flexibility and ease we can create complex workflows without the need to write code at all. By doing this, I can automate a lot of processes and it is much simpler than writing code. By doing direct processing, I can increase customer satisfaction and decrease the amount of manual labor that is required. By removing manual labor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) I can save a lot of time as manual labor takes a long time to get a lot of work done 2) I can save a lot of money by not hiring as many people for this type of work 3) I can reduce the amount of stress my employees are going through as direct processing is much more efficient and can do the tasks automatically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you're looking for an enterprise-level automation product, you need to make sure you choose one that will be able to take care of your business for a long time. If you're facing issues running this product, the support from the company will be slow due to the fact that it's a much bigger company with many backlogs. One thing I don't like is that this product is very expensive, even with the licensed version. This is why small companies don't try this product because it is much more expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We kept things organized with this all-in-one tool. This software helped us automate our workflows for years. By automating countless processes, we have freed up so much time for our to do more important tasks. It's completely free to get started with our own, personal automation tool. Automation is vital to increasing productivity, allowing more time for important tasks, and improving the user experience. With this tool, we can keep track of customer service tasks, communication, and an endless amount of other things that would otherwise be a difficult and time-consuming process.

What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?

The tool is quite efficient in terms of automation processes, it also has a system that allows testing applications without presenting additional failures, its robotic system is very advanced, even allowing the execution of software tests autonomously and with high quality standards.

What I like most about the tool is that it is quite functional and even allows new team members to be guided so that when they carry out their tasks they are carried out correctly and in less time, it is quite complete if we compare it with others and it is also very innovative

What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?

Pega is a product with a robust toolkit for developing concrete CRM. We switched from a complex system to Pega, where we can build and automate the process of focusing our customers on all different digital channels. PEGA offers digital engagement and AI, which adds key functionalities and capabilities to the automation process. I'm creating an environment tool so that I can build a large application in less than a month. If you don't have a computer science background, this is a powerful and simple way to advance your career. Simple to maintain, with frequent version and patch updates. If you have difficulty writing code.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We create applications for our clients in a variety of domains such as commercial, technological, services, advanced technological management, and so on. Using the Pega Platform, we can create end-to-end applications. Pega Platform enables rapid application development and deployment in a superior environment. We can easily manage the application's versioning so that the application suite is used for the specific application and can be easily extended and enhanced.When comparing Pega Platform to any programming language, I give it an excellent rating for development and implementation speed.Pega Platform includes a set of out-of-the-box rules

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, problems arise as a result of patch updates. Reporting capabilities require improvement. Both users and some parts of the complex solution are handled by the IT team. It's extremely difficult to find resources in Pega. On custom dashboards, Pega's filtering capabilities are severely limited. When one of my agents performs a custom search and then opens a ticket based on the results, when they return to the results, all of the results have vanished and they must re-search. We should be able to save the results by clicking back. I wanted to visualize my technician appointments in a calendar, chronologically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Based on the requirements, it is possible to create a new application. In my opinion, your processes are excellent.We use Pega throughout our department to address a workforce management automation issue. Previously, my team would manually assign field technicians to work requests for our data centers. Pega is now assisting us in automating that assignment and selecting the best resource for the job based on the logic we have provided.When we've run into problems with our implementation, Pega seems to be quick to offer a solution or point us in the right direction. We've also used Pega Professional Services as an add-on to our current.
