Pega provides many use cases on their website where you can learn how other companies implemented the platform. Very helpful to also attend their user conference, PegaWorld.

What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?
Easy to Develop, easy to mantein, easy to understand. Pega platform provide a way to put the business requirements align with IT implementations, easy to code , easy to mantein
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pega is the most advanced tool, which is built on modern technology for our ease to develop agile applications and it really does not involve any complex coding. So far my experience with Pega is very effective and helping me to build the low cod apps, which are based on digital customer services, and help me to provide proactive sources for my various channels, for the better engagement of my audience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The configuration is a bit technical, it is not a complaint but a suggestion could improve this and guarantee a high user performance on the platform through the creation of commercial platforms. We have not had significant problems, in fact we reached objectives in a very short time. We consider it to be a good platform compared to the rest.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is ideal for any company that wants to involve, but at the same time, manage business processes in a more solid, efficient, precise and simple way, thus guaranteeing customers a better experience. It is a great fully scalable BPM tool with the best features and easy to use tools. It is used to manage banking projects, health and financial insurance. You will have work fluency apart from a great time saving. It is very flexible, you can also create an ideal marketing automation system to drive the growth of your company and a greater reach of customers. recommended.

What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?
It would be difficult to find a true 1:1 match for the Pega platform. My organization was utilizing it for business process automation as well as a CRM, but there are multiple use-cases for call centers, marketing automation, AI and instant communication that are far beyond the breadth of most individual platforms. Pega can be unique configured to fit within the needs of your organization, provided you are willing to spend the money to customize and have the team know-how available for administration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
By far the best aspect of Pega is the ability to use modules independently and have them work seamlessly and effortless -- once they are fully configured. Configuration was time-consuming and extensive, but the platform is extremely stable and works effectively once you have the correct business logic in place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When we were in the process of purchasing Pega Systems, it was perhaps oversold to us as an "easy to use" solution. YES, you absolutely can have internal staff configure it if you have the right people in place. it would be extremely challenging if not impossible to properly configure the platform without the assistance of Pega experts. Be wary of external contractors -- the Pega-paid internal staff is your best bet for initial setup!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider a smaller test project with your implementation partner of choice first. We made a significant number of poor decisions based on faulty information provided by our initial implementation partner. Once we worked with Pega internal resources, we were able to see how the configuration could be modified to fit our needs without extensive customizations. Keep in mind that with implementation partners -- as with many IT resources -- you get what you pay for! The Pega internal resources were significantly more expensive but would have saved us time, effort and frustration in the long term.
