What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

It allows us to get an at-a-glance overview of the month, assign projects and tasks between creative and editorial, and accompany comments; files to tasks and projects as scope changes. Payroll reporting is very simple and we have been able to automate that task every two weeks, which eliminated the squeeze of exorbitant fees from our payroll company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Time tracking. As long as you set everything up correctly, you never have to think about it again and it will run in the background; Job management. Organizes jobs intuitively and can easily save them. Easy to use to track time during the job or to manually enter time later and easy to mark which hours have been billed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a section on individual invoices that allows you to see payments made against those invoices, but it would be nice to have a simple list of payments, dates and invoices/clients to duplicate and review my accounting records. It would be rigged if in the timer tool, they asked you to switch projects when you stop the timer, so you can improve that time right away.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paymo has been a useful tool for us to justify the need for another administrative team member because of all the time we were able to spend on those tasks. It would be helpful if we grouped our events when looking at overall expectations of time spent.

What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

Easy to use even with tons of various customers and projects. I actually have around twenty projects running and with a lot of subtasks. Paymo makes it terribly simple to stay track of everything, and it´s a charm to form custom reports. If I compare to doing this in excel as before, the time I save with Paymo pays for the subscription with ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the estimating/invoicing tools. Then the tools for tracking time are wonderful and integrated very well into the project tasks and timelines. Within the inventive business I run several types of projects and they all fit in the workflows I produce in Paymo. The most effective factor concerning Paymo is that I will work with project templates, convert them to a quote, do planning, register hours spent and send the invoice and reportage in one tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Paymo has only a few flaws, however, one necessary of them is that the mobile version that doesn’t work as intuitively as the web version. Also, Paymo can’t copy a project to a new year but with very little time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should try this tool and be assured you’ll be able to configure it to your business needs. You would like to urge the essential ideas straight and do some configuration. The Paymo support can assist you on your way.

What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

Paymo is extremely simple to learn and use. We tend to use it to track purchasers and projects and for all of our time tracking. We’ve got both fixed-rate and hourly projects. We will track both and examine our performance either way. It manages groups well thus I can see what different users are doing. The interface is clean and efficient. It’s easy to form and save numerous reports that I run regularly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paymo has an outline of hours worked, unbilled amounts, milestones, discussions etc very easy to examine at a glance progress per project. It’s also customisable and has terribly helpful facilitate notes. Invoicing shoppers is so easy still – only 1 click of a button to invoice unbilled time, check the invoice and simply send by email! Paymo keeps a list of invoices sent out that is updated to point out status. The invoices is customised so able to send to every client. The client support is fast, I haven’t had to use this abundant but on the odd occasion I have, they have been terribly helpful, therefore no worries on that part, which is rea

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel that focusing on the button for full assignment subtleties ought to precede the clock and then on that is an off the rack arrangement but possibly makes its mark forward you invest in some opportunity to regulate it for your specific business needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the foremost important factors that contribute to a project’s success is the ability to effectively manage assignments and documents. I extremely suggest Paymo.
