What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paychex Flex allows fair and standard rates for all players, in regards with their professional and competencies. More so, Paychex Flex has the appraisal tool, that increases the proficiency of every employee.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Paychex Flex has standardized all the payment mechanisms and rates, making it smooth for businesses to thrive. Again, the issues of late payments are never experienced when the program is installed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

By the deployment of Paychex Flex, there is assurance of timely rewarding of all employees. More so, Paychex Flex ensures tax are extensively deducted and reporting made.
