What differentiates Paychex Flex from other similar products?

It is for a low cost so you are basically paying for packages that are not expensive but the services are not great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

None as there isn't anything favorable about the product except the low cost to have it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the Customer Service hours and also the availability of them assisting the clients it is not pleasant and I was not happy with the product at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want an affordable option for payroll for your employees and don't mind a lot of manual entries this program is for our business.
