What differentiates Paychex Flex from other similar products?

I'm not really sure, to be honest. The company I provide consulting services for used a different product in the past, and I'm not sure why they changed from one system to another--although I suspect it might be price. I haven't really noticed any significant difference between this platform and the payroll management software they used before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's streamlined and very no-nonsense. Very easy to use and get the information I need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, really--it's fine and does the job very well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As an end-user only, I can say that Paychex Flex works very well, is easy to navigate, and will obviously save employees lots of time and hassle by its automation features.
