What differentiates PandaDoc DMS from other similar products?

I have found Pandadoc much more user-friendly than some similar products, faster to train new hires, with an intuitive interface. The built-in assets library is very easy to populate, use, and keep updated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite use case for Pandadoc is for sending proposals. The embedded video in proposals has been a game changer, as is the assets library that allows for fast personalization of the presentations. It's very easy to keep everything in the right branding and voice, with great metrics to help understand what's driving revenue.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the functionalities around redlining could be improved, as well as updating the versions as you work through those redlines with the buyer. More customizations in reporting would be helpful for those running less traditional sales cycles.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You get what you give, so allow for time to fully ramp up in this product. Implementing the basic functions is easy and quick, but it's best to thoroughly plan out what you need in the templates and assets library to ensure you get the most out of the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The usability, automation, tracking, and notification features offered by PandaDocs are stellar. This product made a HUGE difference in building, managing, and editing our contracts and proposals. We previously used Microsoft Word, which was clunky and outdated. PandaDocs brought us to the modern age and helped us get proposals out the door much more quickly.

What differentiates PandaDoc DMS from other similar products?

Prior to PandaDoc, we had an internal solution utilizing Google documents to create our own business proposals. This was often time-consuming as everything had to be implemented manually. Whereas in utilizing PandaDoc, it integrates all the data information from our internal database, automatically plugging them in. Therefore, this software has increased business productivity, efficiency, along with accuracy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software is 90% automated in regards to creating efficiently generated proposals: The only data necessary to manually plug in are any modifications that you would like to implement. Therefore this software has increased business productivity, efficiency, along with accuracy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does require much time to learn and may not always be user-friendly for first timers. It takes a while to get used to all the tricks of the software, however once you learn the ropes, you highly benefit from its efficiency.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be prepared to invest much time into learning to navigate to software. However, once you do, it will all be worth the time spent.
