What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?

We saved hours by building offers and interacting with HubSpot. Our sales staff regularly breached the format of the previous Word agreements, and PandaDoc has made it quite simple for them to swiftly produce logical agreements. We use PandaDoc to encourage individuals to fill out and sign contracts, therefore streamlining the process. Previously, I discovered that sending forms by email resulted in formatting errors, and individuals without the necessary software had difficulty signing and filling out the forms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how all of my contracts are now in one place, with easy-to-use folder structures, and that I no longer have to bother about formatting them for other people's computers. It is quite handy to have them input text right into the form, sign, and date it. We've been using PandaDoc for several years, and the interface with HubSpot has made creating professional proposals a breeze. We've reduced our proposal agreement to a procedure that can actually take only a few minutes from start to end. It also makes the process easier for our sales staff and guarantees that all offers filed adhere to our brand guidelines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took me a bit to get used to the HubSpot connection, but it wasn't that difficult, and you'll be required to learn new connections like that. The system is simple to use, and our staff like its use. We can send more than 25 papers each day with Pandadoc while keeping everything in one location. So we have no complaints regarding PandaDoc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wholeheartedly suggest Pandadoc to anybody searching for a safe solution to their business needs. This has simplified my life and saved me time and money. Include it in your portfolio and begin delivering papers right now. We are quite pleased with the product and the service provided by PandaDoc.

What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?

Obtaining finished and "done" transactions. We can rapidly submit my agreements using PandaDoc, he signs them, and everything is secure. Normally, we would have to send faxes and scans back and forth, but this is much faster. The simplicity of completing and signing paperwork at a low cost. It is quite simple for end users to sign papers. Previous services were more difficult for customers to utilize. We used to send PDF copies of documents to fill out, which were extremely difficult to recover.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works quickly and is simple for me and my clients to utilize when signing paperwork. This saves a significant amount of time and energy. They also listen to user comments and have a strong community of users that recommend modifications. The process for documents is also good. Contact saving makes it very simple to send several papers to the same individuals in the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd still want to see some fundamental features added. Limiting the usage of email forms in particular, as this has a direct impact on our bill. My major issue would be solved if forms could only be used once per email address. I've utilized several integrations that haven't gone as well as I'd like, but I believe this was due to my fault more than PandaDoc. It's ideal for use as a signature tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program was quite beneficial to us, and the connectors made it even better: it works with my CRM, email system, and accounting software. We are now working more efficiently.

What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?

With this software, you can quickly create documents in real time using visual design tools. Helps you quickly create quotes and invoices that include logos, designs, structures and more. This is software that not only centralizes all customer documents into one system, but also integrates Office to create documents and create customer databases, making it easier to work with. Undoubtedly, this software can create documents automatically and error-free, which can save you a lot of time when posting documents and improve the performance of other activities in your company, which is a huge investment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has numerous adjustable templates that allow us to transcribe documents more quickly and accurately owing to the questions that the system previously asked. It also supports batch processing, which allows you to produce files with the same format while altering only a few details. It includes easily adjustable templates and document templates for managing client documents in real time. It also supports document digitalization through its scanner, as well as the production and verification of electronic signatures. Allows for the storing and categorization of all client documents, such as invoices and letters.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the development of the template, the system has requested me to provide data that I had already entered. It takes a long time to develop new templates and preserve them for future papers because the procedure isn't as quick as I'd like it to be. We've encountered issues with chat and messaging since messages aren't sent in real time and take a long time to send. Some of the bulk emails we send wind up in the spam folder, making it nearly difficult for the client to read them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program is great for all businesses, regardless of size, because it will assist you in keeping client document management in total order, from your database to the papers provided. We have enjoyed it and have had few failures, therefore we strongly suggest it.
