What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

It's much more data driven compared to other platforms i have used at other companies, which I appreciate as a sales manager

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of it. The SDRs on my team never have issues with the platform and they are able to move quickly with their tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really, I have no complaints. This is my second company using Outreach for a SDR team and no problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To have their SDRs complete the prospecting certification! It's been really helpful with the team. I would also encourage having "Test" accounts to walk through their prospecting process.

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

This tool stands out from the competition thanks to its customizable features, outstanding user interface, and abundance of indispensable functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite things about Outreach is how simple and easy it is to use. Plus, their support team is fantastic, and they always respond quickly and efficiently to any problems that may arise. If your company engages in cold outreach, I highly recommend this platform as the best outbound tool I've used. Salespeople can pick it up quickly, and it comes with a ton of features you may disable or enable as you see fit. Daily users also love that they listen to customer feedback and implement it to make the platform even better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

About Outreach, I really can't think of anything bad to say. Their platform is top-notch, and they respond rapidly to customer concerns. You should be prepared to deal with technological challenges; nevertheless, their team diligently monitors these issues and keeps you informed of their progress in resolving them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The fact that it serves as an excellent email automation platform and excels at channel management with the use of its customizable task creation and prioritizing tools makes it an all-in-one solution for sales, which is why I highly suggest it.

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

I am able to increase my pipeline and closure rates on deals with the help of Outreach. Of course, that is not always the case. Outreach is a sales dashboard that does double duty as an email automation platform and a pipeline management tool with built-in tools for creating and prioritizing bespoke tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate having everything I do in one place where I can easily access it. The numerous useful features make it an indispensable tool that I use constantly. I really like how it integrates with Salesforce and allows you to edit contacts. Introducing new procedures is a breeze here.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The modification to the reporting dashboards is something I do not like. It used to be a weekly board with many of options for customization (days, weeks, users, etc.), but now it's just a daily report with very few options for customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I appreciate how easy it is to use. Everything is easily searchable, and the workflow and organization of your accounts and prospects appear to be well-thought-out. A system to reach out to potential customers in bulk. Make a plethora of mundane chores, like emailing, calling, and posting on LinkedIn, easier to manage and automate.
